We are serving only the Kenyan market 

Shipping charges

All shipping charges from Germany to kenya are included in the price of each product. When the product arrives in kenya, the customer will receive a notification to collect the order.

For delivery within the country, the customer will pay according to the transparent area delivery tariffs for the product to be delivered to him/her where they live or stay.

Orders can also be delivered outside Nairobi. The customer will be charged for any delivery charges that will be due before the delivery takes place.

Orders are processed by SAVALION UG in Germany and shipped to Kenya through scheduled consolidated shipments.

Customers will receive notification when their order has arrived in Kenya.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information to allow successful notification and delivery coordination.

Local Delivery and Collection in Kenya

Local delivery within Kenya is arranged separately after arrival of the shipment.

For customers in Nairobi:

• Delivery can be arranged according to available local delivery options.
• Delivery charges are paid by the customer according to the applicable delivery tariffs.

For customers outside Nairobi:

• Delivery may be possible upon request.
• The customer is responsible for all additional delivery costs.
• Required delivery charges must be paid before the order is released for delivery.

Customers may also be offered collection options at designated collection points communicated by SAVALION or its local coordination partner.

• consolidated shipment schedules,
• international transportation,
• customs procedures,
• local delivery arrangements.
